Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia has released a new commercial for PlayStation 5 in collaboration with Japanese rock band King Gnu. It features the group’s new song “):Asura:(.”
The commercial features the four members of King Gnu as the PlayStation controller face buttons. Yu Seki is “Triangle,” Daiki Tsuneta is “Circle,” Kazuki Arai is “X,” and Satoru Iguchi is “Square.” Together, the four break their limits and become “Giant Gnu.”
The new ad campaign will also take over Harajuku and Shibuya in Tokyo, with graphics displays at 20 locations across both districts.
