While the biggest focus is currently on Phase 3 of Season of Discovery, we did get some teasers for Phase 4 and level 60 in the Phase 3 Preview video! We've compiled all the updates we've been told are coming in Phase 4 and beyond.
As certain Races have bonuses to different Weapon Skills, Blizzard has been vocal early on that they don't want «optimal» choices to dictate what race you choose for your character. This philosophy will be acted upon at level 60, when characters will be able to unlock Passive Weapon Skill bonuses that do not stack with racial bonuses.
This Passive will allow you to gain +5 to your choice of two Weapon Skills, and you will be able to swap your choice of two Weapon Skills «on the fly», similarly to how you are able to swap Runes.
Since these bonuses do not stack with normal racial bonuses, it will solve the issue of having an «optimal» choice for classes that depend heavily on their weapons. Those races will still have an advantage in that they already have Passive Weapons Skill bonuses, and can as such allocate their two new Passives to other weapons.
There was no indication on exactly how these new Passives will be unlocked, other than that there will be a «short discovery» and that anyone who wants them will have access to them early on.
Similarly to Weapon Skill bonuses, Blizzard doesn't want Race-specific abilities to determine which race you choose. As Priests have spells that are tied to their race, they will introduce a method to unlock the spells from other races.
This means that Night Elves will be able to learn Fear Ward, and Forsaken can learn Shadowguard. No word on exactly how these will be unlocked, except that they will be available early on at level 60 and have some sort of discovery tied to them.
The developers noted that while they will be decreasing the gold cost of certain items (such as profession recipes from Ziri «The Wrench» Littlesprocket in Gnomeregan), they do see the value in gold sinks and that they are exploring different avenues to introduce more of them.
We can only speculate on what kind of gold sinks this might be, but if previous iterations are anything to go by we might see mounts or other cosmetic items for purchase.
As Season of Discovery has had a big focus on characters being able to play the role they want, and even explore new roles, we will be seeing a lot of Gear updates — perhaps most notably in Tier Sets.
There will be «offspec» tier sets introduced for Tier

is a mobile action RPG developed by Netmarble for iOS & Android mobile devices, alongside PC. It's a pretty standard mobile title that features a lot of the elements that veterans of the platform will be familiar with, right down to a cluttered UI and the gacha unit pulls that have made this particular genre so infamous. With a lot of reverence paid to its source material and some surprisingly deep tactical options, however, there's a chance can make good on the promise of its explosive IP and deliver some fun.

It’s April Fools’ Day, but this post is no joke: There is a lot of new TV to watch this week. In a lot of ways it’s a showdown of tense situations — “tense,” here, being used to cover things like Tom Ripley (Andrew Scott, in the new adaptation) trying to con his way into high society, American Horror Story: Delicate’s Anna (Emma Roberts) attempting to figure what’s a real haunting and what’s in her head, Mark (Steven Yeun) trying to live up to the title of Invincible while he protects his family, or Larry David (Larry David) just trying to make it through the end of Curb Your Enthusiasm alive.
is the latest effort from developer Kuro Games (). It's an action RPG gacha title set to release for iOS, Android, PC, and PlayStation, and borrows heavily from already popular titles within the same space — most obviously, which it will inevitably draw numerous comparisons to. That's certainly not a bad place to start, however, and what innovates is more than enough to separate it as a game worth watching as it moves closer to a global release following another round of closed beta tests.
