Now that players can retain all Legendary Aspects in their Codex of Power, the inventory and stash space issues have all but dissolved! In addition to saving space, Salvaging a Legendary item will also upgrade the Aspect within your Codex of Power, allowing you to Imprint maximum-rolled Legendary Powers infinitely, once you've completely leveled it up within the Codex of Power. In addition to the itemization and Codex of Power changes, players really seem to enjoy leveling in the newly revamped Helltides! While completing the Iron Wolves Seasonal Questline, players will notice new content within Helltides, such as increased monster density, new events, and a new miniboss — The Blood Maiden! Diablo 4 Season 4: Loot Reborn has begun! And with players' first steps into the game, Blizzard has already told us when Season 4 will end and when Season 5 will begin. Since Season 3 was about a month longer than usual, due to the development time of Season 4, it appears that 'Loot Reborn' will be about a week shorter than in previous Seasons.

Blizzard has been tuned in to player feedback, and they've stated that they're committed to improving Diablo 4's endgame. Player feedback from those who tested the new Pit of Artificers coming in Season 4 was largely positive, but players noticed that the activity wasn't dropping nearly enough crafting materials for the new Masterworking crafting system. On the PTR, The Pit dropped the same amount of crafting materials whether solo or in a group, but the player opening the dungeon received a slightly larger share of the spoils. Blizzard's intent behind this system was to ensure that solo players wouldn't feel obligated to join groups, and that seems reasonable at first glance. However, not increasing the total crafting material yield when completing The Pit while grouped actually pushed players in the opposite direction — players were discouraged from running The Pit in groups unless they could complete the dungeon three times faster than they could have completed it solo. Thankfully, Blizzard appears to have listened to player feedback on this, and according to the recently released patch notes, the newly updated system is going to be much more straightforward: players opening The Pit now receive 100% of the crafting materials that they would have received solo while group members receive 50%. During their Developer Livestream for Diablo 4's upcoming season, the development team stated that Level 100 characters will receive only Item Level 925 items while gambling. Season 4: Loot Reborn — Developer Update Summary Essentially, this means that players will be able to gamble into Legendary items with up to three Greater Affixes, which, besides Unique items with up to four Greater Affixes, will be the best items to wear in the game by far.

The Season 4: Loot Reborn, Developer Update Livestream this week highlighted several upcoming changes to Diablo 4's Seasonal Journey, and possibly one of the most exciting is the addition of a new reward system reminiscent of Diablo 3's Seasonal Reward Caches. Starting in Season 4, players tackling their Seasonal Journey will periodically receive class-specific Legendary Item Caches while progressing through the Seasonal Campaign. These rewards will include curated Legendary Items tailored toward specific builds that will help players live out iconic class fantasies with their fresh Seasonal Characters.
