Patch 10.2.7 PTR Timerunning: Mists of Pandaria Gems Tuning

On the Patch 10.2.7 PTR, there's some tuning to Timerunning: Mists of Pandaria gems and raid tuning.
- Cold Front
Now only applies on up to 5 allies (was all) - Shield is now split amongst all allies (was not split)
Freedom
- Now increases Avoidance by 20%
- Now can only occur every 45 sec (was 15 sec)
Grounding
- Now reduces magic damage taken by 75% (was 90%)
Lifestorm
- Now blooms after 3 sec (was 5 sec)
Oblivion Sphere
- Now increases damage taken by enemies by 15% (was Crit damage taken by 50%)
Precipice of Madness
- Reduces party member's health to 10% (was 1)
Temporal Thread of Stamina — Now increases Stamina by 6 (was 3)
Perpetual Thread of Stamina — Now increases Stamina by 14 (was 7)
Infinite Thread of Stamina — Now increases Stamina by 24 (was 18)
Iron Qon
- Causes a random player to freeze and shatter, detonating on all allies for 1740038 Frost damage.
