Starting on September 19, viewers can stream the first two seasons of 1987’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) animated series. This series is set in New York City and follows the adventures of the four turtles, Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo, and their allies April O’Neil and Casey Jones as they battle various villains such as Shredder and Krang. Unlike some of the comics and other animated TMNT media, this show is strictly light-hearted in nature and aimed at children of younger ages.
Then on September 20, viewers can stream the horror-comedy film Cursed Friends, which revolves around four childhood friends who one day wake up on Halloween and find out that various disturbing things they predicted from a game they played back in 2002, “Predict Your Future”, are coming true. The friends then join forces to save each other from the wild fates they inadvertently subjected themselves to.
Again on September 20, viewers can stream Pet Sematary, a 2019 horror film that is the second film adaptation of Stephen King’s horror novel Pet Sematary. The film follows a family who discovers the existence of a graveyard behind their home that’s capable of resurrecting the dead. Jason Clarke, Amy Seimetz, and John Lithgow play leading roles in the film.
Other releases set to take place from September 18-24 on Paramount Plus include Average Joe Season 1, The Surreal Life (2022) Season 2, Ice Airport Alaska (Seasons 2-3), and It’s Pony Season 2.

That was the basic premise of Nathan For You, his seminal Comedy Central series about reinventing local businesses in absurd, nonsensical ways that pushed the limits of reality television. He took things further in The Rehearsal, an HBO docu-series where Fielder would help people “rehearse” in preparation for difficult moments in their lives, to an uncomfortably mind-bending degree.
Starting on September 26, viewers can stream the highly-anticipated three-part documentary series, The Fake Sheikh. This documentary series will be set in 2016 and will focus on the criminal case of Mazher Mahmood, a maverick British journalist who made headlines by his use of the alias “The Fake Sheikh” and other false aliases to trap and ensnare royals, sports stars, politicians, celebrities, and members of the public eye in order to achieve fame, only for him to get charged and imprisoned for 15 months. This documentary will star Ayla Fox, Paul Samrai, and Neil Wallis.
