Overwatch 2 fans react as pricey Diablo 4 skins revealed

After collaborating with Diablo 4 for Trials of Sanctuary mode, Overwatch 2 is tying up with K-pop band LE SSERAFIM for a new game mode, cosmetics and more on November 1st. While further details are still to come, the music video for the band’s song, “Perfect Night,” showcases what could be upcoming outfits for certain heroes. Check it out below.

Following a free weekend on Xbox, Diablo 4 is free to download and play on PC from today through October 30th. Meanwhile, the Diablo Immortal team has issued a warning to cheaters.

Season 2 of introduces new bosses to fight across Sanctuary, including a frozen foe named The Beast in the Ice that you'll have to summon by unlocking a Nightmare Dungeon. Only a specific item your character can craft is able to open the path toward this dangerous boss. Only those who have progressed to a high enough level and World Tier will be able to challenge The Beast in Ice for Unique gear rewards.

Two unreleased zones for Diablo 4 were spotted in the localization strings of the Steam version. These can be found on SteamDB, a website that utilizes the Steam API to provide a plethora of information. It is not the first time these zones have shown up in Diablo 4's game files. The localization strings above, where these zone names were found, are used to show people's location in Sanctuary in the Battle.net friend list among other things. At the moment we can only speculate if these zones were cut early on in the development of Diablo 4 or if they are part of the game's first expansion. Blizzard Entertainment’s latest season for Overwatch 2 is now live and brings a little evil to the forefront. Rise of Darkness introduces a new Control map in Samoa, but its main attraction is the return of Halloween Terror, the seasonal co-op PvE event. Instead of Junkenstein’s Revenge, players embark on the Trials of Sanctuary in collaboration with Diablo 4.

Blizzard has clarified that the announced changes to Renown coming with Season 2 will also apply to Hardcore characters. Following the first Season 2 Developer Livestream, there was some noted confusion regarding the announced Renown changes.

October has arrived, and with it, a new seasonal event will be launching to Overwatch 2. The Halloween Terror 2023 event will be kicking off this year, with returning game modes such as Junkenstein’s Revenge, Wrath of the Bridge, and the arrival of a new game mode called Trials of Sanctuary.

During their Season 2 developer stream, Blizzard has showcased new vampiric monster families joining the fray of enemies, adding further chaos to the world of Sanctuary. Controlled by Lord Zir, the season's main story antagonist, these new enemies can most certainly be met in Blood Harvests and other seasonal-related content types. Another addition to the pool of enemies will be the so-called Blood Seekers, player-looking creatures much more powerful than the average minion controlled by the vampire lord. Expanding on the addition of these new monster families, the Diablo 4 development team stated that their abilities will involve more «area denial» and that players «should definitely watch where they step». Some of the new enemies will also have new after-death effects like lumps of blood which will shield other enemies around them, so players might want to adjust their target priorities.
