Season 10 of Overwatch 2 brings in a number of interesting alternate universe-themed skins for various heroes, and some fans have pointed out an interesting detail in Reinhardt's new Talon skin which shows that these Mirrorwatch skins take this alternate reality theme very seriously. Many of the new cosmetics introduced in the Season 10 battle pass for Overwatch 2 feature similar skins for heroes such as Brigitte, Doomfist, Genji, and more, and many of them are rich in details that some players may easily overlook.
These skins dig deep into the overall theme of Overwatch 2's latest season, but the cosmetics themselves are just a taster of what's set to come later in the month. Between April 23rd and May 13th, Overwatch 2 players will be able to jump into the Mirrorwatch event, which will include slightly remixed maps while also completely reimagining the abilities of certain heroes. The premise of this Mirrorwatch event, as well as its associated cosmetics, are based on the concept of an alternate reality within the Overwatch 2 universe where the series' renowned good guys instead become the villains, and vice versa.
This explains why a lot of Talon agents have gotten Overwatch uniforms this season, and why many Overwatch members — such as Reinhardt — have gotten Talon skins. An Overwatch 2 fan known online simply as Drunken_Queen recently shared a clip comparing Reinhardt's new Talon skin to his Lieutenant Wilhelm skin, while also drawing attention to an easily-missed detail — Reinhardt is missing his right eye in his Mirrorwatch skin, whereas the Reinhardt fans are familiar with is instead missing his left eye. The tank hero presumably still received this injury during the battle of Eichenwalde, though there's not much more to the detail besides it being an on-the-nose nod toward this evil Reinhardt hailing from a mirrored universe.
This certainly isn't the only Mirrorwatch skin to include some extra attention to detail, though. The Talon skin that Brigitte has received in Overwatch 2this season even changes the appearance of Mitzi, the support hero's cat, which can be seen in certain emotes and victory poses. Mercy's new mythic skin also revamps some of the character's highlight intros, which is a pretty neat detail that some fans feel is much-needed in some of the game's older mythic cosmetics.
Overall, Season 10 of Overwatch 2 is a pretty big one. It introduces the game's 40th hero, Venture, along with some nice tweaks to the battle pass which allow players to earn Overwatch Coins by progressing the pass. The system for earning mythic skins has also been reworked, with players now able to earn and spend a new currency in the form of Mythic Prisms to unlock any mythic skin available in the game.

Shaders in Destiny 2 have always provided one of the main methods for armor and weapon customization, and Bungie have recently confirmed that some useful changes will be coming with the game's upcoming Final Shape expansion in the interest of improving shaders' color accuracy in the UI. Though quite a few fans of Destiny 2 have been hoping for a change like this for years due to some shaders poorly communicating the colors and textures that they apply, previews of the upcoming UI changes have made experienced fans realize that they may need to refamiliarize themselves with their favorite shaders following the DLC's release.

Though he has only recently joined the fight in Overwatch 2, Mauga is a hero that fans had been aware of for years prior to his appearance as a playable character, and some of his early concepts still have the potential to appear in the game as skins for the Samoan tank hero. Though Mauga still hasn't got all that many cosmetics available to him in Overwatch 2 due to his relatively recent addition to the game, many fans feel this is all the more reason Blizzard should consider giving him some new outfits based on the character's popular early concepts.
Gamers all over the world will likely recognize the cake from Minecraft, and while they're certainly not the first to do it, one fan of the game has brought the game's cake to life by baking it in the real world. Minecraft's cake is just one example of the dozens upon dozens of food options available to survival mode players, though it stands out as a food item that can be placed as a block in the world — making it just as useful a decorative item to spruce up a home as it is a method of keeping the hunger bar full.
