Gigantic is—or was—a free-to-play «strategic hero shooter» that went into full release in July 2017 and almost immediately fell into misfortune. In November 2017, developer Motiga was closed, and just a couple months later publisher Perfect World announced that the game would suffer the same fate in July 2018. But now, improbably and unexpectedly, it looks like it might be making a comeback: Gearbox has confirmed that invitations to a «limited time throwback event» are legit.

Now, the creator of that video has put together a new method that cuts out the half-press and saves a whopping 14 hours from the original version.

Final Fantasy 14 has accumulated an awful lot of achievements in its decade of life: 2,751 of them to be exact. Some of them are simple enough—just play through the story, level up some classes, do an event or two—while others require hundreds of hours or even years to earn. Earning all of them would take some serious time and dedication, which would explain why nobody has ever managed to reach 100% achievement completion. Until now, that is.
