A Pokemon Emerald player and artist stated that they are painting the entire map of the Hoenn Region, and shared five paintings they have created so far on social media. The Pokemon fan artist stated that they were halfway done with turning the Hoenn region into paintings, and other fans complimented them for their ongoing effort and for depicting Pokemon Emerald in their art.

Facepunch Studios has announced on Steam that it's removing 20 years' worth of Nintendo-related workshop items for its sandbox game Garry's Mod to comply with the Japanese company's demands.
