Nothing announced the ChatGPT integration with NothingOS during the launch of its TWS earbuds, Nothing Ear and Ear (a). Now, the company has started to roll out the Nothing OS 2.5.5 update on its smartphones which comes with new features, fixes and ChatGPT integration. Recently, the company rolled out the update for Nothing Phone 2, now, it is rolling out the update for Phone 1 which will also support the ChatGPT integration. Nothing community blog post revealed that the Phone 1 is getting the new Nothing OS 2.5.5 update which will upgrade the smartphone with new features and ChatGPT integration. With the integration, the smartphone will receive several advanced features. To enjoy the AI chatbot on your device, install the latest version of ChatGPT from the Play Store. Once it is installed, users will be able to use the gesture option in the Nothing X app, this will enable users to have voice conversations with ChatGPT. However, this feature will work via Nothing Ear and Nothing Ear A earbuds.
Users will also see the new ChatGPT widgets for easy access on the home screen. Furthermore, there will be a new button on the screenshot and clipboard pop-up to copy and paste content seamlessly to prompt ChatGPT.
Apart from the ChatGPT integration, Nothing Phone 1 will also get a RAM Booster feature, customisation options in the status bar, an AI-powered algorithm, New animations for Quick Settings, and much more.
Note that the Nothing OS 2.5.5 is gradually rolling out, therefore, if it does not appear on your device, you must wait for 5 to 6 days to check again.
