In case you forgot, EA studio Full Circle is beavering away at a brand new entry in the Skate series. Announced what feels like eons ago (read: 2020), the skateboarding sim is making steady progress, and the team is ready to provide another update in its latest video.

Sony will add a new feature to PS5 later this year, allowing users to invite others to a multiplayer game by generating a shareable link on the console or via the PlayStation App. This link can then be shared on social media or via direct message, allowing AFK, offline, or even players you aren't friends with (yet) to secure a spot.

After the disappointment that was Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, wouldn't an entirely new entry in the Batman: Arkham series go over nicely? Well, that wish has come true, but you won't find it on any PlayStation hardware. Batman: Arkham Shadow is a VR title exclusive to Meta Quest 3, releasing at the end of 2024. Catch it in the teaser trailer above, with more details set to be shared next month at Summer Game Fest.

Jackbox Games has revealed a brand new M-Rated Jackbox Game made for adults that's launching later in 2024. The new game collection is intended to appeal to grown-ups who want something a little more «provocative,» per Jackbox Games.

's massive new Ashlands update adds so much content that it is worth revisiting for multiple reasons. The indie Viking survival game first launched in 2021 and was an instant success. Eight days after the initial release, the game had already sold over eight million copies, ensuring a future for the standout title. Since then, has had one other large update at the end of 2022 with the Mistlands, but this new update appears to add even more — and will change the survival game forever.

Despite being a very good game, Granblue Fantasy: Relink got a bit lost in what was a chaotic release schedule earlier this year — but developer Cygames will be hoping that the action RPG's first big update will get people's attention. Launching on the 26th April (that's tomorrow at the time of writing), patch 1.2.0 adds a bunch of new stuff to the game.

In a game of exceedingly well-written characters like Baldur's Gate 3, the sadistic and sexually suggestive vampire spawn Astarion manages to stand out. But despite developer Larian Studios clearly signalling that it is moving on from the game and away from the series, Astarion actor Neil Newbon isn't quite ready to follow suit.
