With January rolling around Ms. Xiulan started selling new cosmetic items for rather expensive prices. These items include the previously datamined Gold Resonating Crystal and the Quel'serrar HD models Whispering Temple Blade and Gleaming Whispering Temple Blade.
The NPC is located at the Black Market auction house in Valdrakken.
When talking to NPC, she reveals that her inventory is temporary, being sold only until the end of August. After that, the items will be joining the Black Market Auction House. This means that the items won't be gone forever, but if it follows the example of the Reins of the Mighty Caravan Brutosaur, they will have their minimum bid as the current NPC price, meaning they will likely sell for more than the current NPC price.

However, the game had a rocky start in the marketplace due to a dispute between the development team and the publishers. That resulted in quite a cluster, forcing the game to be removed from digital marketplaces. Now, the dust has finally settled, and Frogwares has retained full publishing rights for their game. We might be several years since this title launched into the marketplace, but Frogwares hopes you might be interested in returning to this survival horror experience.
