Nearly 6,800 current and former Sony employees' information exposed in a security breach

This year's CitizenCon was a two-day event and apparently the biggest show Cloud Imperium Games has put on for its cautionary tale about scope creep in MMO form. It wasn't all engine demos and new ships for Star Citizen, however, with Cloud Imperium's singleplayer game, Squadron 42, finally ready to be shown again.

Netflix has released the official Leo trailer for its newest animated comedy, featuring Adam Sandler as the voice of the titular 74-year-old class pet lizard. The film will be available for streaming on November 21.

Sony finally unveiled the PS5 with Ultra HD Blu-ray disc drive or “PS5 Slim”, a new model with 30 percent reduced volume and lighter weight than the current design following months of rumors. It sports a detachable Blu-ray disc drive (which Digital Edition owners can purchase separately) and a 1 TB SSD (compared to the original’s 825 GB).

As reported by Bleeping Computer, Sony Interactive Entertainment sent a notification to around 6,800 former and current employees informing them that a cybersecurity breach had exposed their personal information. It is believed that the breach occurred on May 28 when an “unauthorized party exploited a zero-day vulnerability in the MOVEit Transfer platform.”
