Mega Man X DiVE Offline launches September 1

The King of Fighters XV downloadable content character Duo Lon will launch on September 12, developer SNK announced.

Mega Man fans have had a lot to enjoy over the past decade between official things like Mega Man 11 and various collections and Mega Man-likes with 30XX and Mighty Gunvolt Burst, but one game that got slept on was Mega Man X Dive. It was a free to play Mega Man X game with a lot of gacha mechanics, but also rock-solid core gameplay that allowed you to have a lot of “what if” scenarios due to its diverse roster of playable characters and many different stages from various Mega Man X games over the decades.

As I was reorganizing my Mega Man collection after a move — which is a perfectly normal thing for a human being to say — I paused a minute when looking at the Mega Man X series. While the original Blue Bomber made a return to the spotlight in 2018 with Mega Man 11, his edgier successor still hasn’t made a comeback in a mainline game. It’s a shame that Capcom hasn’t figured out how to do that yet, but in the meantime, the 1993 original still holds up.

TY the Tasmanian Tiger 4: Bush Rescue Returns will launch for Switch via Nintendo eShop on September 26, developer Krome Studios announced. It will be priced at $19.99, but users who pre-order can get it at a 25 percent-off discount price of $14.99.

Psychological horror game Lempo will launch for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG on September 7, publisher PID Games and developer One Trick Entertainment announced.

Publisher RapidEyeMovers and developer Wolf & Wood have announced the first free major content update for C-Smash VRS. It will launch on September 14.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty‘s second downloadable content “Conqueror of Jiangdong” will launch on September 27, publisher Koei Tecmo and developer Team NINJA announced.

Nour: Play With Your Food will launch for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store on September 12 for $14.99, publisher Panic and developer Terrifying Jellyfish announced. It will be available at a 20 percent-off launch discount. The PlayStation 4 version is newly announced.

Arcade action game Pizza Possum will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch, and PC via Steam on September 28, publisher Raw Fury and developer Cosy Computer announced.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle R downloadable content character Leone Abbacchio will launch on September 1, publisher Bandai Namco and developer CyberConnect2 announced.

Wuxia-style RPG Wandering Sword will launch for PC via Steam on September 15, publisher Spiral Up Games and developer The Swordman Studio announced.
