There’s been a large buildup toward Starfield’s launch, including Bethesda and Xbox doing all they could to ensure that the game was truly prepared for launch and in a good state for gamers to play. The title had multiple delays, and many gamers wondered if the game would come out. Then, when a release date was finally settled on, many were curious if the title would be as good as advertised. After all, there had been plenty of examples of “expansive space titles” that hadn’t lived up to the hype. But according to Metacritic, the game’s hype is well deserved.

Look, yes, I know, there are a lot of meaningless comparisons to FromSoftware games on the internet, but I'm still in awe of just how much Super Mario Bros. Wonder's online multiplayer features appear to have been inspired by the asynchronous multiplayer features that have defined the studio's output from Demon's Souls through Elden Ring.

While most find the games by FromSoftware extremely hard, a few others seek even more challenge. These daredevils will do whatever it takes to add an extra layer of difficulty to the game. This week, one brave Armored Core 6: Fires Of Rubicon player and YouTuber by the name of ZeroLenny beat the game with no weapons, simply by punching and kicking his enemies into piles of rubble with his fists and feet in Armored Core.

FromSoftware has released quite a few hits over the years, and they are currently supporting their latest release into the marketplace, Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon. This mech game franchise has made a big return to the marketplace after being missing in action for the past decade. But now that players can go through this game, the hunt has been on to find the fabled Moonlight Greatsword. It looks like this weapon has finally been discovered, and players up for the challenge can seek this weapon out themselves.

Publisher Bandai Namco is thanking the popularity of Elden Ring for the success of the recently-released mech action game Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon. Speaking to GamesIndustry.biz, Bandai Namco Europe CEO Arnaud Muller said that Elden Ring made developer FromSoftware’s name a “guarantee of quality”.

Armored Core VI Fires of Rubicon runs well, for the most part, on PlayStation 5, but it seems like there's a very simple way to make the game run at steady 60 FPS at a small cost in visual quality.
