The Gauntlet is finally out, and with it, so are Leaderboards! A widely requested Diablo 4 feature, these leaderboards have been in flux all night, with the Top 10 for each class constantly shifting as higher and higher scores are achieved. While Day 1's launch means that the Hall of the Ancients is currently unpopulated, we're taking a look at a snapshot of tonight's progress — and what it shows for each class. Diablo 4 Gauntlet Build Tier List Diablo 4 Gauntlet and Leaderboards GuideEditor's Note: Due to the rapid nature of change in the opening night's leaderboards, this data was taken from a snapshot of builds and leaderboards at approximately 6:30pm EST. The data has changed since then, however we're focused on this one instance for now to represent the spread of builds we've seen so far. Additionally, due to the fact that many players have elected to make their profiles private on the leaderboards, we're currently exploring the best way to present this data as accurately and faithfully as possible. We may incorporate feedback and suggestions, so let us know your thoughts in the comments below!

Some topics in the Diablo community will always spark controversy — Stash space, drop rates, itemization, and the in-game Shop have all been hot topics burning their way through circles of Wanderers since Diablo 4 launched. We've got our own opinions: read on to find out more about our take on the Herb system in Diablo 4! The entire Herb collection system for making Elixirs and upgrading potions was created for a different game era. It’s time for a serious revisit to the herb, Elixir and Incense system. Back before Season 1, everyone was doing a lot of running around above ground, doing side quests, going after Altars, and finishing the campaign. Since Herbs are only obtained by direct farming or doing side quests that give an and assorted herbs, getting enough herbs wasn’t much of an issue, because you spent so much time above ground where you could grab them as you went along. In today's world of spamming Nightmare Dungeons and Vaults to level (because open-world experience gives so little… well, experience), getting enough herbs even to upgrade your healing potion can pose serious problems. There are four key areas where herbs and Elixirs could use some serious improvement.

Last Epoch was enjoying a hugely successful 1.0 launch earlier this week with over 162,000 concurrent players and favorable comparisons to Diablo's hack 'n' slashing. All that success has unfortunately strained servers and caused multiplayer issues for those not playing offline, leading to some mixed user reviews, but the studio's founder has thanked the hundreds of thousands of fans for their "patience and kindness" anyway.
Battle-weary Diablo 4 and Path of Exile fans may finally have some common ground. Last Epoch has hacked and slashed its way out of a five-year Early Access period, and the 1.0 release of this ARPG strikes a fine balance between the approachability and high-speed action of Diablo 4 and the absurdly complex character-build diversity of Path of Exile. That’s thanks to a skill system that’s both easy to understand and offers tons of room to fine-tune your character however you’d like. Last Epoch’s roughly 20-hour campaign, however, only manages to start fresh before devolving into a derivative mess, though that’s somewhat forgivable when it’s basically just there to get you to its engaging endgame anyway. If you can stomach that, as well as some technical clunkiness that is most apparent in Last Epoch’s online multiplayer, the climb to level 100 is lined with mountains of great loot, fun fights, and meaningful power boosts that made it well worth sinking dozens of hours into.
