Icy Veins Patch 10.2 Interview - Rogue and Druid Class Changes, Healing Changes, Power Infusion Looked At

A lot has changed since Final Fantasy XIV’s Heavensward expansion. The MMO’s community saw explosive growth in the advent of Endwalker, and it’s long since said goodbye to the good ole days of melding Accuracy Materia and healing in Cleric Stance. If that means nothing to you, good.

From Oblivion to Skyrim, Fallout 3 to Fallout 4, Bethesda games and bugs go hand in hand. It’s become, essentially, part of the charm. Watching Deathclaws rocket into space, putting buckets on people’s heads to steal their gold – who doesn’t have fond memories of Bethesda bugs? Starfield, however, seems comparatively slick. Despite the size of the Settled Systems, the new world built by Todd Howard and company rarely presents any big bugs or graphical errors. Nevertheless, the ongoing community Starfield patch, which aims to remove any and all issues from the RPG, has identified a considerable 249 separate potential problems. From ships to companions and NPCs, there’s a pretty long hit list of Starfield bugs.

Dark and Darker has taken fantasy lovers by storm with its gritty setting and unique gameplay since Ironmace Games’ recent release of the game. While its launch seemingly happened out of the blue, Dark and Darker instantly became a hit. Whether you love its range of classes or its competitive grind, you’re sure to find something appealing within it. The addictive game gets continuously better, as Ironmace steadily updates Dark and Darker, with the latest patch bringing massive changes to the Cleric and Rogue classes.

Baldur's Gate 3's Patch 3, which was so massive Larian held it back a day to test it properly, will release today, and it'll add an RPG feature many of us have been requesting since we stepped clear of the Nautiloid - the ability to change a character's appearance. Alas, it comes too late for the Wood Elf Druid I rolled during my first try at the 1.0 version. I wanted her to look like a sort of Kung Fu Galadriel, with cool tattoos and aerodynamic scars, but she emerged from the character creator looking like she'd been mugged by a packet of demon crayons. I've left my active character, a High Elf Sorceress, safely tattoo-less.

With more Mythic+ testing this weekend on the Patch 10.2 PTR, here are the tuning changes to dungeons which includes a global scaling increase!

Bandai Namco recently announced a new closed beta for Tekken 8 from October 20th to 23rd. Fortunately, it isn’t the same closed network test from July. Players can partake in Ranked and group matches, spectate, chat in the Tekken Fight Lounge and even customize avatars. There’s also a Battle Tutorial.

Unity has apologized for the "confusion and angst the runtime fee policy" it announced last week has caused and has revealed it will be "making changes" to it.

Earlier today, some hotfixes were pushed to the Patch 10.2 PTR which includes some tuning changes to Assassination Rogue and Windwalker Monk's Tier.
