Carrie unlocks the fast travel system in , making returning to already-discovered towns and dungeons much easier. Some of the main quests require backtracking, and you may also want to shop at old locations.
Carrie is also a capable fighter who specializes in Light and Dark magic. uses a combat system similar to games. This makes it important to have at least one or two powerful casters in the backlines.
Carrie is found in the town of Hishahn, a city explored fairly early in the campaign’s storyline. Many Xbox users may just be starting as it went free on Xbox Game Pass in April. The town is separated by three artificial streams and five vertical bridges. Carrie is in the middle of teleporting around Hishahn and will appear at three locations in order. When found, you must respond to her correctly at each point.

Bottom of the Center-West Bridge

Top of the Center-East Bridge

Bottom of the South-East Bridge
2. “”
If you give the wrong answers or Carrie fails to appear, you may need to exit and re-enter Hishahn entirely. If this still does not work, you may need to reload a previous save and speak to Carrie at the first location.
Besides allowing fast travel, Carrie is a capable spell caster. She is a fantastic early-to-mid game, but there are overall better mages. She can unleash bonus damage when casting Light-based spells, a reliable element in . But, she only deals basic damage with Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind.
However, Carrie is part of the “” Hero Combo with Mellore and Momo. The latter two characters are extremely powerful, making bringing Carrie as a third wheel worthwhile. Still, having three casters may be overkill as they are less survivable than melee fighters.

For all long as the Fallout franchise has been around, it has never been set outside of the United States. Of course, its over-the-top, retro-futuristic Americana satirization is a core aspect of what makes Fallout, Fallout, but on new few occasions, large chunks of the series’ fanbase have wondered how locations outside of the US are faring in Fallout’s post-apocalyptic setting, and whether they could fare as suitable settings for a future Fallout game.
With the Fallout TV series topping 65 million viewers to become one of the most watched Prime Video shows ever, the pressure is on for more content set in the wasteland, and Bethesda is seemingly ready to oblige.
The Cursed Monarch is a strong boss fought in . The encounter is part of Diva No. 5’s scenario, but facing the monster with one of the other protagonists may be possible. Still, utilizing the intended team is the best way to score an easy win.
Plenty of modern games have tried to recapture the nostalgic retro vibes of early 1990s RPGs. And some are more successful than others.
Rabbit and Bear Studios’ Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes has seen a long journey since its 2020 Kickstarter (including the passing of director Yoshitaka Murayama), but is now finally playable. Unfortunately, the Nintendo Switch version has some issues, including a bug preventing a major character’s recruitment.
Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is riddled with issues on Nintendo Switch but developer Rabbit & Bear has said it's aware of the problems and addressing them as a "maximum priority."
First days on the job are always hard to deal with, but Nowa is absolutely thrown in the deep end at the start of Eiyuden Chronicles: Hundred Heroes. Our hero is drafted into a joint military operation between their nation and the Empire, but before too long they’re raising an army for the resistance against imperial invasion. Along the way you’ll meet and recruit more than one hundred heroes (hence the name) to bolster said army.
, developed by Rabbit & Bear Studios and published by 505 Games, is a game that knows what it wants to do. A love letter to the series with the promise of more modern technology to produce it (even while deliberately sticking to the same familiar aesthetics and systems) sounds good on paper — in execution, however, it's a lot more of a mixed bag, with some downright maddening or baffling decisions that hamper an otherwise decent game.
