Finding the best build and team comp for Fu Xuan in is highly recommended as the new 5-star character can thrive on the battlefield with the proper pieces of gear and teammates. Fu Xuan is a character from the Xianzhou Luofu who had already been introduced as an NPC but has since been fully added to the game as a playable hero with Version 1.3. She is a Quantum character who follows the Path of the Preservation. However, Fu Xuan is not a shielder in a traditional sense, like Gepard or March 7th.
Instead of applying shields for party members, Fu Xuan absorbs a part of the damage they take by activating the Matrix of Prescience – she also has an HP restoring mechanic to counter her HP loss. Fu Xuan also works as a support, as the Matrix of Prescience also grants a boost to the team members’ Max HP and CRIT Rate. As one of the 5-star characters in 1.3, she has immense value when added to a party. This is, of course, provided that she has been given a solid build to intensify her abilities and optimize her on-field performance.

Before choosing the best Light Cone for Fu Xuan in, it is essential to know that her DMG output and her team HP boost scale off her Max HP, so that should be a priority stat to look out for when searching for a piece of equipment. As such, the best Light Cone for her at the moment is Fu Xuan's own signature 5-star item, She Already Shut Her Eyes. This Light Cone has a great base HP stat (1,270 at level 80) but is even better due to its Superimposition skill. The ability boosts the user’s Max HP by 24% and Energy Regeneration Rate by 12%.
When the user loses HP, the DMG dealt by all allies increases by 9% for two turns. As if that were not enough, She Already Shut Her Eyes also restores HP to all allies equal to 80% of the respective HP difference between each character’s Max HP and their current HP at the start of every wave. This Light Cone is fantastic for Fu Xuan because it boosts her Max HP, thus increasing the potential of her abilities, but provides support for the team in addition to what she already does herself. Equipping it is the best way of making Fu Xuan more present in .
Of course, while She Already Shut Her Eyes is the best option, there are substitute Light Cones for Fu Xuan. One such example is Texture of Memories, a F2P (free-to-play) item acquirable from Herta’s Store in. It offers a less potent base HP stat (1,058 at level 80) but is still viable. Its skill increases the user’s Effect RES by 8% and, if they are attacked when having no active shield, they gain a shield equal to 16% of their Max HP for two turns.
