The version 4.5 update for Genshin Impact, dubbed “Blades Weaving Betwixt Brocade,” will launch on March 13, developer miHoYo announced.

Genshin Impact is available now for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC via client and Epic Games Store, iOS via the App Store, and Android via Google Play. A Switch version is also planned.

There’s been drama brewing in the HoYoverse fandom for some time, but it may have reached boiling point following the announcement of Honkai: Star Rail’s latest update, Into the Yawning Chasm. As the game celebrates its first anniversary, the gacha game developer announced rewards of up to 1,600 Stellar Jade and up to 20 Star Rail Special Passes. For the uninitiated, this represents 30 free pulls on a character or weapon banner.
The version 2.1 update for Honkai: Star Rail, dubbed “Into the Yawning Chasm,” will launch on March 27, developer miHoYo announced.
Genshin Impact and Discovery Channel have announced the Teyvat Nature Discovery Tour, a joint initiative seeking to raise awareness about a number of fragile natural habitats. The collaboration comprises a Genshin Impact online event, an offline benefit sale, and a mini-documentary voiced by Game of Thrones star Kit Harington and several other celebrities.
The Genshin Impact version 4.5 release time is getting close, with the update due today, March 12, at around 8pm PT / 11pm ET / 3am BT (March 13). As ever, patches technically arrive a day early thanks to time lag from Chinese developer Hoyoverse, but the exact release time will depend on maintenance downtime. If we're lucky, version 4.5 may arrive up to an hour early.
Game Arts’ legendary Grandia series is coming to PS4 and Xbox One with the Grandia HD Collection. Genshin Impact is partnering with Chinese smartphone developer OnePlus to release an exclusive themed phone based on popular five-star character Keqing. The massively popular RPG from HoYoverse has featured a variety of collaborations since it debuted in 2020, with fans getting the opportunity to show their love for the game with plenty of unique merch. The developer has previously partnered with KFC and Pizza Hut in China for promotions featuring the game and even created a Ganyu VISA credit card in partnership with China Merchants Bank. Now, the game's newest collaboration could give fans a new way to play.
