Genshin Impact and Discovery Channel have announced the Teyvat Nature Discovery Tour, a joint initiative seeking to raise awareness about a number of fragile natural habitats. The collaboration comprises a Genshin Impact online event, an offline benefit sale, and a mini-documentary voiced by Game of Thrones star Kit Harington and several other celebrities.
HoYoverse hasn't shied away from collaborations ever since launching its hit free-to-play ARPG in 2020. But the vast majority of such initiatives that the Chinese developer has undertaken to date have been primarily geared toward promoting either the game itself or its partner products, as was the case with the recently introduced Genshin Impact-themed OnePlus 12R smartphone.
In contrast, the Teyvat Nature Discovery Tour is a charitable effort put together to highlight the beauty of nature and the ongoing climate crisis, as well as its devastating effects on some of the world's delicate habitats. To that end, Discovery Channel and HoYoverse have collaborated on a short documentary voiced by Kit Harington, Lily Cole, Max Djenohan, Kate Humble, and Ed Stafford. Over the course of eight and a half minutes, the video makes a case for the importance of preserving the world's oceans, coral reefs, snowy mountains, forests, and deserts.
The Teyvat Nature Discovery Tour will also comprise a web event called Discover Traces, Explore Nature. Scheduled to start on Saturday, March 16, the initiative will offer Genshin Impact players a chance to win some Primogems and claim an exclusive Serenitea Pot furnishing, Let the Desert Bloom, after they complete some educational challenges. The event will feature five of the game's characters—Beidou, Kokomi, Albedo, Tighnari, and Candace—who will accompany players in discovering just as many habitats across Teyvat, all the while drawing parallels between them and real-world nature.
At the same time, HoYoverse and Discovery Channel are also planning five offline benefit sales in France, Germany, Italy, Korea, and the UK. The happenings will take place between March 15 and April 13, depending on the location, offering fans a chance to buy a variety of Genshin Impact merchandise. All proceeds from the sales will be donated to Cool Earth, a British nonprofit dedicated to rainforest conservation and combating the climate crisis.
Genshin Impact is thus adding to the growing list of initiatives that attempt to leverage video games to highlight the importance of combating the climate crisis. Many recent efforts on this front have revolved around Minecraft, as was the case with a 2022 campaign that saw nonprofit The Nature Conservancy raise $227k for climate change awareness with Minecraft map Rooted Together.

Making an informed decision when pulling for Neuvillette or Kazuha in 4.5 can spare players a lot of Primogems, especially if they are already geared up to reach their pity soon. Neuvillette and Kazuha are both rerun characters and not actual debuting units, like Chiori in . Neuvillette made his debut as a playable character in Version 4.1, shortly after the release of Fontaine in 2023. Kazuha, on the other hand, first arrived years ago, back in Version 1.6, which was added to the action RPG right before the release of Inazuma in Version 2.0.

Passing the four rounds of the Alchemy Ascension exam in 4.5’s flagship event, called Alchemical Ascension, can be troublesome if you do not know what type of potion to craft. In the most recent update, the main content attraction revolves around administering a potion shop in Mondstadt, as suggested by Lisa. The general idea is growing ingredients, making potions with different properties, and selling them. You can increase your profits by tailoring the potions that you are selling to the outbreak demands of customers. You can improve your performance in this 4.5 event by passing exams.
Using Chiori’s best build in can significantly improve her performance as a Geo sub-DPS and support on the field, which in turn results in extra damage output and less trouble from opponents. The 5-star unit is one of the new pieces of content added with Version 4.5 in mid-March. The character had previously been introduced as an NPC in Version 4.3’s flagship event but is now fully playable. Chiori’s main usage as a new character in 4.5 is dealing Geo DMG while off-field, supporting her main Geo DPS unit for increased elemental resonance.
According to reliable sources, Version 4.6 in Genshin Impact will reveal a fair bit about Natlan during one of its main events. Though certain corners of Teyvat, such as Fontaine and Snezhnaya, have been extensively teased since the launch of the game, Genshin Impact has kept the Pyro Nation of Natlan shrouded in mystery. Bennett remains the only character in the entire game with ties to the region, and given that he grew up in Mondstadt, he has no useful information or special insight into his homeland and its current state of affairs.
