GDC Awards 2024 Nominations Are Unsurprisingly Dominated by Baldur’s Gate 3 and Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

2024 has already proven to be a difficult year for layoffs. A handful of companies have been making job cuts in recent weeks, bringing uncertainty for workers across industries.

For instance, one designed a device for tormenting little Korok creatures, while another made a remote-controlled killer drone to dispatch groups of enemies.
