This afternoon, Funcom announced the first in a series of Dune Awakening Direct showcases. The combined Lego and Fortnite universe is getting bigger — three times bigger, as of today. Lego Group and Epic Games announced two new Lego games, known as islands, will be coming to Fortnite. Over the decades since the original and games were released, their cleverly created Metroidvania subgenre has grown into a massive section of the video game market.
