Anyone who owns multiple security cameras is familiar with the notification problem. If you own three, one person walking up to your home can generate three notifications. Eufy's latest cameras introduce a new feature that solves that notification overload.
Eufy debuted the feature alongside four new cameras today: an updated $219.99 floodlight, a $129.99 indoor camera, a $199.99 outdoor camera with solar panel, and a $179.99 video doorbell. They all feature a new dual-camera system, one ultrawide lens, and a telephoto that can zoom in on faces and license plates for better identification. But to get the most out of the camera system, you'll also need the Homebase 3 data hub.
The Homebase 3 enables free local AI-powered detection for faces, pets, and vehicles. Thanks to those local capabilities, you won't need a subscription, and you can use the hub as a storage device. It comes with 16GB of space on board, and you can expand it with an SSD. Expandable storage was sold separately, but Eufy says it will now include a 1TB drive. When we checked Amazon and Eufy, that still wasn't the case, so you may want to hold off before purchasing.
If you have two or more of the new cameras and the Homebase 3 hub, they can work together for better notifications. The camera will spot that one person walked in front of multiple cameras—say from your floodlight to your video doorbell—and realize the events are related. The hub will automatically stitch the video together and send you a single notification.
Eufy's latest floodlight also allows for 24/7 recording, a first for the company and something that generally requires Google Nest cameras (and a hefty subscription fee).
The new cameras are available today at both Amazon and Eufy's website.

Video game concerts are some of my favourite things in the world. Final Fantasy’s Distant Worlds, the NieR:Orchestra concerts, the Sonic Symphony - whatever particular series is your personal earworm, hearing music you’ve spent dozens or hours of hours listening to performed by a live orchestra can be incredibly moving and transformative. For those who feel that kind of connection with Stardew Valley, the engrossing farming-slash-romance-slash-dungeon-crawling sim is taking its OST on the road next year.
Lucasfilm and Disney announced the Blu-ray release date on Tuesday, revealing a litany of physical options for the film.
If you just can't get enough Stardew Valley in your life, here's a different way to indulge in its unrelenting life sim coziness: The Stardew Valley «Festival of Seasons» concert series, an international musical tour featuring a selection of music from the game performed by a chamber orchestra.
Having played 100s of hours of Stardew Valley, I can say with certainty that the soundtrack is absolutely killer. Not only does it feature a combination of genuinely moving and upbeat tracks: but my wife and I also can’t help but hum to the vast majority of the score. That’s going to be a lot more exciting to do in person of course, when the Stardew Valley concert tour kicks off next year.

Everyone loves a superhero. And One Punch Man is a superhero like no other, surpassing more than 30 million copies of the Japanese manga and becoming a cultural hit all over the world.
iOS update: Apple's newest iPhone 15 series was unveiled to the public with huge excitement. However, some users have reported heating issues with the iPhone 15 models. While this was initially attributed to the new A17 Pro chip, Apple quickly dismissed these claims, stating that it was due to some third-party apps as well as a software issue that would soon be fixed. Now, the Cupertino-based tech giant has rolled out an update that not only promises to fix the heating issues but also brings a solution for a critical security flaw in the previous versions of iOS that has already been actively exploited.
Yesterday, it was reported that October could see the same amount of solar activity as the previous month. Currently, there are eight different active sunspot regions on the Earth-facing side of the Sun, and any one of them exploding could send terrifying coronal mass ejections (CME). In fact, that is what happened on October 3, when a sunspot exploded and caused a solar flare to erupt, which in the process, hurled a massive CME towards the Earth. Now, as per a NOAA forecast, this CME is expected to strike our planet on Saturday, October 7. Further, NASA has also shared a video of the event that shows the scary moment when the explosion takes place and the CME releases.
