Dragon’s Dogma 2 Trailer Showcases the Magick Archer Vocation

505 Games has released a new trailer for Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, the spiritual successor to Suikoden from original creators Yoshitaka Murayama (who sadly passed away recently) and Junko Kawano. It showcases several new characters and their voice actors while teasing their personalities. Check it out below.

Potentially wrapping up its series of videos on Dragon’s Dogma 2 Vocations, Capcom’s latest focuses on the Warfarer. Like the Trickster Vocation, this is available only to the Arisen and allows for utilizing multiple skills from different Vocations, like a Jack of All Trades. Check it out below.

In a new livestream, Cygames revealed new details and gameplay for Granblue Fantasy: Relink’s upcoming updates. A trailer for Version 1.1.0, which goes live on March 14th, showcased the Lucilius boss fight via a new quest, “The Final Vision.” As expected, it’s difficult, but players will receive assistance from an upcoming character. Yesterday I banged out the first in a torrid trilogy of Dragon's Dogma 2 features, centring on hands-on time with the game's Mystic Spearhand "vocation" or class. Look out for parts 2 and 3 over the coming week. During the hands-on, I also spent 45 minutes in the shoes of another advanced Dragon's Dogma 2 class, the Magic - sorry, Magick Archer. You might remember this vocation from the original Dragon's Dogma; then as now, it combines relatively straightforward bow combat with various breeds of enchanted ammunition, for a surprisingly technical skillset that is enjoyable to faff around with.

Funcom has released a new trailer for upcoming survival-based MMORPG Dune: Awakening. Dubbed the Survive Arrakis trailer, the latest video showcases some of the gameplay players can expect in Dune: Awakening, including having to gather materials to build bases, and explore the deadly deserts of the world.

The variety that Dragon’s Dogma 2 is promising with the ten Vocations that it will allow players to play as has looked like one of its biggest selling points in the lead-up to its release (not unlike its predecessor), and Capcom’s marketing team has certainly been trying its best to hammer that point home. Multiple trailers over the last couple of weeks have shone the spotlight on a variety of Vocations, and Capcom has now released another one of those.
