Dead by Daylight Teases Dungeons and Dragons-Themed Chapter

's open-world and characters have been praised since the game's 2018 launch, with Rockstar's immense attention to detail making for one of the best in-game worlds to become immersed in. Unfortunately, as with nearly every game in existence, there was content that had to be cut during development, but thanks to the modding community on PC, many fans have found a way to restore some of this.

Epic Games has started teasing Fortnite Chapter 5, Season 3 by sending merchandise to influencers that all but confirms the post-apocalypse theme hinted at in the roadmap leak.

Enormous asymmetrical horror outing Dead by Daylight is showing no signs of slowing, with its eighth anniversary ushering in some enormous collaborations. Dungeons & Dragons is the latest intellectual property to invade the series, with an upcoming expansion adding iconic villain Vecna as a new Killer and a Bard as a Survivor. Konami’s Castlevania will also infiltrate the series later in the year, although details are being kept under wraps for now.

Remember when Dead by Daylight developer Behaviour Interactive announced a new PvE multiplayer game with Midwinter Entertainment? It’s codenamedProject T and is a third-person co-op shooter currently in early development. Dead by Daylight is turning eight years old, and Montreal-based series creators Behaviour Interactive had certainly a lot to announce during their big anniversary broadcast. Plenty of new detail was provided about the new Dungeons & Dragons update, although we also learned that a Castlevania chapter is on the way later this year. Players can also look forward to the introduction of a mode with two killers instead of the usual one.

Dead by Daylight is a game absolutely packed with murderous monsters, both original and licensed from other franchises. The next crossover is a little bit outside of the usual horror wheelhouse — Dead by Daylight is producing a chapter themed around the wildly popular tabletop game Dungeons & Dragons. Vecna, known in-game as The Lich, will be the game’s next Killer. Vecna is joined by a pair of Elven bards, one male and one female, who will serve as the new Survivors.

Valheim is a fantastic sandbox survival game, set in a fantastical 10th realm of the Norse afterlife. Adventurers explore from the peaceful meadows out into more dangerous biomes, and today, the most dangerous one yet is available to explore. The last biome update was the Mistlands; today, players can venture out into the Ashlands.

Behaviour Interactive’s 8th anniversary stream saw them make a slew of big announcements for their main game and franchise, Dead by Daylight. There’s the reveal of the next big event, themed after Dungeons & Dragons, a new 2v8 game mode, and a tease of what’s coming down the pipe with a Castlevania collaboration!
