March 12th Hotfixes - PvE and PvP Class Tuning, Unannounced Mythic+ Fixes

Blizzard has released hotfix notes for the previously announced PvE and PvP class tuning, which includes includes Restoration Druid, Preservation Evoker, and Frost Mage buffs in PvE, alongside Havoc Demon Hunter nerfs in PvP! Also included are two unannounced Mythic+ bug fixes, addressing issues with Blight of Galakrond and Amalgam of Souls.

Blizzard has posted upcoming PvE class tuning coming with the Weekly Reset which includes a Sub Rogue nerf and a Frost Mage buff! As always, we’ve closely monitored data on class performance as well as player feedback. With all of that in mind, we’ve developed the following adjustments to classes that are over- and under-performing in group content and PvP. These changes will go into effect with scheduled weekly maintenance in each region.

Hotfixes Class Tuning, Kha'damu Changes, Ranged Attack Power Consumables - Season of Discovery

Blizzard has implemented the Class Tuning that was previously announced last week and implemented additional changes, notably several changes to Kha'damu, the wandering World Boss active during the Blood Moon PvP event. Other changes include adjusting Mildly Irradiated Rejuvenation Potion and Enchanted Sigil: Innovation to also increase Ranged Attack power, as well as updating some item tooltips.

Professor Teaching World’s First Red Dead Redemption American History Class Wants to Do GTA Next

College history professor Tore Olsson taught the world's first Red Dead Redemption American history class in 2021, at the University of Tennessee, using Rockstar's open-world epics to engage students on one of the most tumultuous periods in North American history. The class is a huge success, so much so that Olsson was inspired to write a book to bring his work to a global audience. Out in August, Red Dead's History looks like it could be a hit, and Roger Clark, who plays Red Dead Redemption 2 protagonist Arthur Morgan in one of the all-time great video game performances, has signed on to narrate the audiobook.

Good for them, but maybe too late for some. Earlier this month, the San Francisco Chronicle reported that it seemed Activision Blizzard were closing Toys For Bob's California headquarters and laying off 86 people. Still, the new independent Toys For Bob say they're working on something new and "exploring a possible partnership" with Microsoft.
