Blizzard Announces Leaderboard Legends Contest Beginning March 19 - Diablo 4

Following the recent Campfire Chat Developer Livestream on March 20th, Blizzard has been providing extra details regarding some of the upcoming changes and features we can expect in Diablo 4 Season 4. Recently, Blizzard has confirmed that the new Uber Boss Andariel will be an alternative to fighting Duriel for the coveted Uber Unique items such as The Grandfather.

Diablo Immortal’s 2024 is shaping up to be one heck of a ride. They just revealed the Roadmap for this year. Kicking off the action is the Precipice of Horror update landing on March 27th. It’s just the beginning as Blizzard Entertainment has dubbed the entire year the Age of Unmaking.

Diablo 4 season 4 has been delayed a whole month to May 14, giving players a few more weeks to experience everything in season 3. 

The Leaderboard Legends competition is now in full swing, running from March 19 to April 2. The competition lasts for two Gauntlet rotations and gives players who secure the #1 spot in any bracket the chance to win a personalized, custom-autographed poster from Micah Ulrich. The development team behind Diablo Immortal has taken a strong stance against any and all exploitation of the game's economy in a newly released statement. The Diablo Immortal team makes it very clear that they're cracking down on cheaters and hackers who exploit the game's in-game currency, warning players against engaging in prohibited activities.

Microsoft unveiled the batch of titles coming to its gaming subscription service throughout the back half of March. Quite a few awesome titles are making their way to the service, but by far, the most notable addition is Diablo IV, the first Activision Blizzard game being made available on Xbox Game Pass.

Chris Paulson, a former executive at Activision Blizzard, has joined the team at Skybound Games, a division of The Walking Dead company Skybound Entertainment. Paulson will serve as executive vice president and general manager of games publishing.

Blizzard and NetEase are allegedly planning on announcing the restoration of their partnership within the next few weeks. If the rumors are true, Blizzard may be able to restore access to its games in China via NetEase this year, possibly as early as April.

Blizzard has formally announced the Leaderboard Legends contest, running from March 19 to April 2!
