All nine vocation classes in have NPC Maisters you can meet in various locations and act as teachers for the ultimate abilities associated with each archetype. These masters of their craft can give you powerful scrolls to learn each technique, but only if you complete different tasks for them. According to a video by YouTube creator RageGamingVideos, the Mage and Sorcerer Maisters should be pursued together since they are found in the same location.
