It should be no surprise that, with all its details, houses many secrets. Larian Studios has filled their award-winning game with hundreds of pieces of armor, some requiring the felling of powerful bosses or monumental sums of gold to acquire. Much like many of these items are magical by nature and are well-sought after during a playthrough, but very few can be forged using a seemingly useless item.

An infernal alloy, not to be confused with infernal iron, has no other functions other than being used as a material for the forge. There is no quest associated with the infernal alloy, unlike the sussur tree bark used to forge a masterwork weapon in Act 1. With it sharing artwork with infernal iron, but lacking its use in Karlach's questline, it can be easily overlooked as nothing but a salable trinket to earn a pretty penny, yet it is the key to creating the Flawed Helldusk armor set, one of best.
The player must have reached the Underdark toward the end of Act 1. In the Underdark, there is a subsection called the Grymforge, where the player can interact witha duergar stonemason called Kith. Strangely enough, Kith is relatively polite to the player character and will be in the middle of investigating a part of a stone wall that has been reduced to rubble. When the player interacts with him, he will ask what the player sees, leading to three ability checks that they will need to pass.
All three successes are required for Kith to reward the player with the Infernal Alloy. If the player is unable to pass the checks, then they have the option of simply purchasing the alloy from the stonemason vendor. It should be noted that the player should interact with Kith before the encounter with True Soul Nere, as the duergar in the Grymforge will either leave or become hostile after that encounter. There is no other opportunity to get Infernal Alloy.
Infernal Alloy is the only type of infernal metal that appears once in. Enriched Infernal Iron, which truly has no in-game uses, and Infernal Iron can be found several times with both being a drop from the Steelwatchers in Act 3. Much like its fellow hellish metals, the Infernal Alloy can be retrieved by killing its owner, Kith, should the player be desperate or feeling particularly evil.
Given his know-how with hellish metals, it should come as no surprise that the smith is capable of more than augmenting an Infernal Engine.
Dammon, an NPC that can be met in the Druid's Grove in Act 1, is more than just an average smith. He will reveal to the party that he is capable of working with infernal machinery because of his time in the Hells and can demonstrate this by aiding Karlach in the Hellion Heart quest.

is a huge game with a level of attention to detail that makes it the envy of many other RPGs. Still, this attention to detail does not mean that the game is faultless. Due to the sheer size of Larian Studio's masterpiece, glitches and bugs are inevitable, and the Belguim-based developer has continued to work on patch fixes ever since its latest CRPG hit stores in 2023. Some players have found that not all of these glitches are necessary ones that hamper the gaming experience. Sometimes, it's the opposite.
There seems to be secrets around every corner in Capcom's . It has a world packed so full of detail that there are many interactions that players will easily miss, which is a testament to the scale of the game. Still, missing out on content is never fun, and has a great deal of content to offer for those looking to search deeper past its surface and main quest.

Like other fantasy open-world RPGs, allows the player to have an abode of their own. Although there are multiple choices in Capcom's newest title for a player's home, spread across multiple locations, this home in the Common Quarter of Venworth, Vermund's capital, is technically free, at least for a period of time. Despite not costing in-game gold, it will cost time to do, being involved in a side quest associated with an NPC.
is filled to the brim with nefarious creatures and feral monsters that want the Tarnished dead, yet there are a few NPCs that one could consider an ally. Rogier is one such character, a Glintstone Sorcerer, who is first met on the way to Godrick the Grafted in Stormveil Castle. Recently, Larian Studios announced that its 2023 GOTY winner, , will do a crossover with Poncle's. It is an odd and unexpected crossover, given that the two titles are vastly different, with being a CRPG while Poncle's indie darling is a roguelike shoot 'em up, although it does show that Larian is open to collaborating with different games. may not have been everyone's first choice, but it could be the start of many.
