Bayonetta 3 is on sale for only $40 at Amazon and Best Buy. This is the best price yet for the stylish action game. My Best Buy Plus/Total members can get the discount on top of Best Buy's other great promotion: All Switch games are B2G1 for paying members.
Bayonetta 3 is the latest mainline game in Platinum Games’ character-action series. Players once again take the role of gun-slinging witch Bayonetta, battling demons across various planes of reality. This time around, you also get a chance to play as witch-in-training Viola, as well as control giant Kaiju beasts that join Bayonetta throughout the game’s many stages.
In our Bayonetta 3 review, GameSpot editor Jessica Howard praised the game’s action set pieces, smooth controls, and flashy presentation, calling it a “fast-paced and joyous adventure that achieves its goals with an abundance of charisma and style.”
While you're picking up Bayonetta 3, you should also check out the current deals on Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon. The spin-off has more of a focus on puzzles, but it's certainly worthy of the Bayonetta name. Despite releasing earlier this year, Bayonetta Origins is 50 percent off at Woot. Alternatively, you can pick it up for $35 at Amazon.

Mimimi Games, the developer behind Shadow Tactics, Desperados III and the very recently released Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew, has announced that they will shutting down.
In case an ogre left you pinned under a boulder for the last month, Baldur's Gate 3 is… everywhere. With the indescribably excellent Narrator reading thirst tweets, a shirtless halfling blowing up the entire goblin encampment in one go, people buying so many Karlach Magic: the Gathering cards it caused the price to spike, and endless discussions about whether or not it's one of the best games of all time, it's clear this one's made a mark. It wouldn't exist, however, without '90s BioWare classics Baldur's Gate 1 and 2, and now the Enhanced Editions of those two beautiful RPGs are on sale over at GOG.

Streaming and digital media are the preferred way to watch movies and TV shows at home in 2023. However, that doesn't necessarily mean we want physical media to disappear entirely. Especially with streaming platforms removing content on a whim, leaving certain shows lost to time as there's nowhere else to watch them. While that's not likely to happen to any of Disney's Marvel or Star Wars shows anytime soon, some of the more popular picks from those franchises are getting physical releases.
Whether you're a fan of amassing giant hordes of goblins, arranging your battle lines of World War 2 tanks just so, or exploring the far reaches of space, there's a strategy game for you. And for the next week, a bunch of them are on sale during the Steam Strategy Fest, which ends on September 4.
Just days ago, reports highlighted that billionaire Elon Musk intended to remove headlines from link previews on X (formerly Twitter) to make the height of the preview box smaller. But that does not mean that he wants these users and organizations to stop using the platform. In fact, Musk has been openly asking journalists and news organizations to become a part of the platform and participate in news sharing to begin earning money from X's revenue-sharing program. But with no option to share headlines in links, it might be that the billionaire is setting things up for original, or direct, reporting on the social media site - scribes are being encouraged to post directly on X.
