miHoYo has announced that a Zenless Zone Zero PS5 technical test is on the way, with registrations now open for the studio’s latest ARPG for a limited time.
The date and time of the Zenless Zone Zero technical test is yet to be detailed, but you have until 12AM PDT on 17th April – 8AM UK time – to sign up via the official website. Players must confirm that they are 16 years or older in order to register, with emails following in due course to grant access.
Zenless Zone Zero is the latest game from the makers of Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail. It’s an action RPG once again, but takes place in a new post-apocalyptic urban fantasy setting. Here you’ll take on the role of a “Proxy” and adventure through New Eridu, following on from the civilisation destroying Calamity.
If that tickles your fancy, then make sure to sign up in the seven days, otherwise, the full release of Zenless Zone Zero is coming to PS5, PC, iOS and Android later in 2024.

As is common for the developer, it'll be tracking the total number of players who sign up, and will be promising bountiful in-game rewards if it reaches its ambitious 40 million players milestone. Officially, the release date is still «2024».
