Starting August 15, all high-tier PS Plus members can delve into Savathûn's Throne World, as you uncover the mystery of how she and her Lucent Hive stole the Light — across a set of maps ranging between gothic cathedrals, palaces, swamps, and a mysterious black pyramid on the icy moon of Europa. Often considered one of the best Destiny 2 campaign packs, it will be available on the PS4 and PS5. Another key highlight this month is Sea of Stars, an eye-catching indie RPG, where two Children of the Solstice head out on an adventure to defend the lands against the monstrous creations of an evil alchemist. This one, however, is slated to drop a bit later on August 29.

@kyleforrester87 I was under the impression that it is a solo game, no coop so your helpers will always be bots. Perhaps I'm wrong. It does look good though, perhaps a little too tense for me.....I will be screaming «game over man» before I even deploy a turret or sentry gun.
@CaptD no, it’s more fun (and a little easier, I think?) as a co-op experience, as far as I am aware. That is Fireteam I am talking about, though, not the new Dark Descent, just to be clear.

@kyleforrester87 Oh right, I got the games mixed up. You wait years for an Alien game and then two turn up (almost) at once.
@kyleforrester87 yeah the price makes me more eager to give them my money. I loved Isolation despite not usually liking that sort of game and quite surprised it didn't earn a follow up. Despite it not looking like anything special I brought 2 copies of Fireteam when it went cheap and sent a copy to my brother so it could be something for us to play together online. After doing the first couple of missions we decided to not play it separately to keep our characters the same level but we've now gone months without getting back together on it. Hopefully we manage to get back into the swing of it otherwise I might just play it solo after all.
this weekend yesterday, i was at a cell phone repair shop that also was selling old videogames from NES to some junky Wii games along with copies of Playstation 4 games that consisted of multiple copies of Destiny 2 and some Madden NFL game with Tom Brady on the front cover.
Just wondering if Destiny 2 is any good such as the main story?
I used to have only Destiny 1 for my Playstation a couple of years ago and the game's story was alright even though it felt like an over the top sci fi version of Killzone

I ordered the physical version of Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series. I own Episode 1 and 2, but the game was delisted, so I can’t buy the remaining episodes.
According to the Cex website the disk only includes the first episode, but I’ve seen people say that it allows you to download all five. It only cost me £8, so I figured I’d give it a shot.

@Pizzamorg I am in exactly the same position with TOTK… 2 temples down and a few side quests. Objectively I can appreciate it is a phenomenal game, but it just isn't grabbing me as much as I thought and hoped it would. Also, and this is a personal take, it just seems like such a lot of 'game'… and I likely would have preferred a shorter/tighter experience vs open world (again). I departed from TOTK to play Blasphemous (beat it and loved it), and now moved on to Disco Elysium. Then hoping to hit Hollow Knight before next month's releases of Vampire Survivors and Blasphemous 2.

«Dick Tracy» is a frankly astounding feat of production design and cinematography — it is one of the most beautiful looking films I've ever seen. The cast is half magnificent (the villains — Pacino in particular — are having a blast) and half lousy (a charisma free Beatty as the titular hero, Madonna as the femme fatale) but the script is incredibly basic — I suspect that it started production as a full blown Sondheim musical and was converted into a more traditional action/adventure movie in the wake of the success of Burton's «Batman» the previous year. A fascinating film — I'd love to see a 4K HDR re-release but that seems unlikely.
