Xbox Game Pass adds new titles Dead Space and Like a Dragon: Ishin

 War Thunder’s Kings of Battle update is here, with new vehicles, new game mechanics, and a brand new map.

Polyphony Digital has revealed what it’s billing as Gran Turismo 7’s “largest” update since the game’s release last year.

Gran Turismo 7 is nearing its second birthday, but Sony and Polyphony Digital are giving the game a bit of a revamp via the new “Spec II” update. This update will add a variety of new content, including 7 vehicles and the new Lake Louise track set in the Canadian Rockies, but it also offers a variety of other features as well, including new challenges, an updated version of the GT Sophy racing AI, and 4-player splitscreen multiplayer on PS5. Airship Syndicate and Digital Extremes have released the final mid-season update before Season 2 of Wayfinder, titled The Reaver King. The update for the Action RPG MMO brings a trove of new content ahead of Season 2 which is expected to release later this year. Players with any Wayfinder founder’s pack can jump into The Reaver King starting today.

Insomniac Games’ Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is available worldwide, and while perfectly playable for those physical edition owners, it’s recommended to download the day one update. Patch notes are now available, revealing additional accessibility features and improvements.

Spider-Man 2 will receive a New Game+ mode as part of a post-launch update, later this year. As per Insomniac Games Community Director James Stevenson, just like the 2018's Marvel's Spider-Man, those looking to replay the title and mop up all the side quests might have to wait a bit, though for now, simply beating it once grants access to an ‘Ultimate' difficulty setting for a fresh playthrough. For the uninitiated, a New Game + mode generally allows players to plunge back into a game's campaign in an overpowered state, as the in-game character carries over all unlocked abilities, tools and weapons, and gear upgrades.
