Wuthering Waves, an open-world action RPG title developed by Kuro Games, is reportedly launching on May 22, as revealed in the Special Program livestream by the developers.
The new title by Kuro Games (known mainly for Punishing: Gray Raven) has finally received a launch date after getting a closed beta test almost a year ago. Through the Special Broadcast Program held by Kuro Games, the game developers finally revealed when fans should expect Wuthering Waves to drop by, and along with that, they disclosed that the title will be available on iOS, Android, and Epic Games Store for PC. Unfortunately, we won't see a console version at the start, but the studio is working on it, though it will take time.

The Special Program also revealed several changes in Wuthering Waves based on community feedback, including tweaks made to the in-game progression along with several dialogue and animation improvements. Apart from that, Kuro Games has also announced a pre-registration reward mechanism as well, where players can register themselves on the supported platforms before the official launch, and they will be given certain milestone rewards, depending upon the number of pre-registrations as listed below.

In the Special Broadcast, Kuro Games also presented a new cinematic trailer for Wuthering Waves titled Saving Light.
In the game, players will be plunged into the world of Solaris-3 with a main character whose memory is just beginning to recover. Open world exploration is aided by tools like grapple and wall dash. Players can also expect fast-paced combat and 'unique QTE (Quick Time Event) mechanisms'.
