The Weekly Reset with Taliesin and Evitel: The Legacy of Steve Danuser

Blizzard has posted upcoming PvE class tuning coming with the Weekly Reset which includes a Sub Rogue nerf and a Frost Mage buff! As always, we’ve closely monitored data on class performance as well as player feedback. With all of that in mind, we’ve developed the following adjustments to classes that are over- and under-performing in group content and PvP. These changes will go into effect with scheduled weekly maintenance in each region.

The final two of four planned GI Joe limited series from Skybound Entertainment will focus on another pair of classic characters from the beloved franchise: Scarlett, and Destro. Alongside the current Duke and Cobra Commander limited series, these four titles will comprise the launch of the GI Joe portion of Skybound's new Energon Universe, in which the Real American Heroes exist alongside the Transformers in a shared continuity.

Watching Netflix’s cosmic philosophy movie Spaceman, the most obvious question is about the plot: Is that giant alien space spider real, or a hallucination? But the second most obvious question might be Why is Adam Sandler starring in this movie? Sandler has taken on a number of increasingly high-profile dramatic roles since he first surprised his fans and dodged his comedy-career typecasting with Paul Thomas Anderson’s Punch-Drunk Love back in 2002. But his roles have always been tinged with comedy, even if it’s dark, wry, or despairing comedy. Spaceman is something new: a grim story that doesn’t crack a smile as it sends Sandler into space as Czech astronaut Jakub, a man whose life, relationship, and maybe psyche are all disintegrating during a long solo journey.

This is a quiet week on TV, especially compared to the bonanza in theaters that is Dune: Part Twoor the ongoing fervor around Helldivers 2 (shoutout to those servers).

Dune: Part Two, the long-awaited sequel to the 2021 Oscar-winning hit Dune, has finally been released and is having a smash opening weekend at the box office. For those who are experiencing Dune for the first time in theaters, the film ends on a bit of a cliffhanger, and longtime fans of the story will be left eagerly awaiting the adventure’s end. Whichever camp you fall into, you’ll surely be left wanting more — and thankfully, everyone is getting more today with a new look at the upcoming survival MMO Dune: Awakening.

As another weekend rolls around, we're back with another batch of streaming recommendations. It's a strong week for movies, with brand-new sci-fi drama Spaceman taking Adam Sandler to new dimensions on Netflix, Ridley Scott's historical epic Napoleon arriving on Apple TV Plus, and Sofia Coppola's latest film Priscilla hitting MUBI in the UK.
