Following hot on the heels of the short-person smooching update, Larian is already hard at work on the next patch for Baldur’s Gate 3. Among the usual bug fixes, tweaks, and performance boosts, Larian says this “begins our journey incorporating feedback into Origin Character epilogues.”

One quite baffling missing feature is the ability to change how your character looks (outside of equipment), which you cannot currently do after character creation, not even their hairstyle.
