Tangle Tower studio SFB Games has announced Crow Country, a survival horror game with PlayStation era visuals coming to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam in 2024. A demo is available now for PlayStation 5 and PC.
“This is the survival horror game you’ve been looking for,” said creative director Adam Vian in a press release. “It’s really turned out to be something special. I seriously can’t wait for players to finally get their hands on it.”

Another classicly-styled horror game indie game joins the genre’s ranks today with the announcement of SFB Games’ “Crow Country.” Like other relatively recent horror titles such as Signalis and Tormented Souls, Crow Country appears to be taking heavy influence from the original Resident Evil in terms of how it plays. Its visuals appear to be inspired by an entirely different source though: Final Fantasy VII, right down to the blocky character models. All that said though, it appears that the game won’t be a one-to-one recreation in either case. No, there’s more going on here.
Nexon and licensor Koei Tecmo have announced Dynasty Warriors M, an action RPG based on Dynasty Warriors 9 for iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). It is available now as a soft launch in Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia as a free-to-play title with item-based microtransactions, with a worldwide launch to follow this winter.
