After launching a digital version earlier this year, Star Trek: Resurgence is officially heading to retail on October 6. The narrative-driven adventure was developed by former members of Telltale Games, and it allows you to forge your own way through a branching storyline. When you’re not making pivotal decisions, you’ll also get to engage in shuttle piloting, phaser fights, stealth segments, and other sci-fi-inspired action.
While Star Trek: Resurgence won’t get physical copies until October, preorders are now open. Interested in snagging a copy for your collection? Here’s a closer look at Star Trek: Resurgence preorders to help you reserve the game ahead of its launch.
No preorder bonuses are available for Star Trek: Resurgence. However, note that anyone that purchased a digital PS4 version of the game will be able to upgrade to a digital PS5 version for free. This option will only be available for a limited time--so stay tuned to the official Star Trek: Resurgence Twitter account for further details.
Star Trek: Resurgence clocks in at just $40, but includes nothing more than the base game. However, this means it's going for the same price as the digital version--not always the case in situations like this.
Dramatic Labs is adding a bunch of new subtitles to Resurgence, including German, Castilian Spanish, and Traditional Chinese. Physical copies will be available for PS4, PS5, and Xbox.
Yet to check out the adventure and don't want to wait until October? Digital copies are available right now on the PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, and Epic Games Store.

EA and Respawn Entertainment have released the biggest patch yet for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor across all platforms: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S, and PC.
No one should have to go too long without new Star Trek, and thankfully Paramount agrees: A month after Strange New Worlds wrapped up season 2, Star Trek: Lower Decks is back with its fourth season to bring some wacky fun to the Federation (which, the rest of the Star Trek universe aside, the Federation could sorely use; they can get a bit self-serious).
There's so much more to running a starship than simply making it so on the bridge. Like its namesake The Next Generation episode, Star Trek: Lower Decks shifts the focus away from the Picards, Siskos, and Janeways of this world to concentrate on the junior officers who are more traditionally background players – or even phaser fodder – in other branches of the Star Trek universe.
The Cozy edition launches on October 27 and includes a bunch of physical collectibles and digital goodies.
Little Nightmares 3 doesn't have a firm release date, but preorders are now open for the cooperative adventure.
Star Trek Online ’s 30th season, Incursion , is on the way to continue last season’s Multiverse arc following the tearing of the Reality Vortex. The story also brings another original Star Trek actor into the game, and conflict with the Borg.
There are plenty of limited edition consoles released that have a unique look to them. But for some, paying the extra amount of money for a brand new console that you already own just to get that new aesthetic is out of the question. Of course, there have been companies in the past that provided wraps and decals you can stick to your console. These vary significantly in quality, but now it looks like Microsoft is providing some new wraps to provide on your Xbox Series X. This gives you a unique look while keeping with your same console unit.
Looking forward to Honkai Star Rail 1.3? It goes by the official title of Celestial Eyes Above Mortal Ruins and will launch on Wednesday, August 30.
@LN78 hopefully but I normally buy from HMV because Amazon always destroys the slip covers and they don't do a lot that's not full price unfortunately
Sabotage Studio's upcoming RPG, Sea of Stars, has become one of the most anticipated indie releases of the year. It's fast approaching, too, releasing digitally on PS5 and PS4 on 29th August, 2023 — not only that, but it'll be on PS Plus Extra from day one. We dare say a lot of people will opt to buy and/or play this title digitally, but if you've been hoping for a physical release, you're in luck.
Whenever my eyes see the phrase “it's like Stardew Valley, but…” sparks pop off in my brain, imagining futures farming in the zombie apocalypse or courting my favourite pixel caveman. The next one of those instead focuses on the game’s lovely fishing mini-game and is basically Stardew Valley but Wordle, the other bite-sized juggernaut that’s inspired countless others.
