A Skyrim player with nearly ten years of experience in the game has discovered that the Throw Voice shout in the game makes the Dragonborn talk. This detail may have been missed by players who rarely use this particular shout during their Skyrim adventures, or those who play certain character types.
Skyrim is a massive game, and one that continuously surprises players even after years of playing it. From hidden areas to the animated trails of ants crawling around, even those who have spent thousands of hours in Skyrim find something new from time to time. Considering that Skyrim has many shouts for the Dragonborn to choose from, Throw Voice may be one that's a little less utilized, and took at least one player by surprise.
Skyrim player KhajiitScrolls shared their discovery of Throw Voice making the Dragonborn talk. Generally, the payer character is limited to grunts, groans, and Dragon language, similar to the rest of Bethesda's mostly silent protagonists. However, Throw Voice works by first uttering the Dragon language to trigger the shout, and then a taunt being spoken in the direction the shout was issued in. The clip demonstrates the player's Khajit Dragonborn taunting with comments like «Hey, Skeever butt!» or «Hey, melon nose!»
Hearing the usually silent protagonist dip into taunts like these has struck several players as funny. It may come as a surprise to some that with nearly ten years of experience a player hadn't seen this. However, it's not only a non-damaging shout that has limited uses, but there are also bugs impacting this particular ability. Elves, Argonians, and female Khajit and Orcs don't actually speak when using this skill. As such, anyone who typically sticks with these races or race and gender may have never experienced this even if they do use the shout regularly.
Skyrim is still loved by many players, and with so many mods to try out, there is still a surprisingly large playerbase supporting the game. However, The Elder Scrolls 6 is also on the minds of players who are eagerly waiting to see what Bethesda can do to top Skyrim. Starfield gave players a glimpse of what the company is capable of, and likeSkyrim, Starfield contains a number of secrets of its own. With Starfield having only released recently in comparison, it may be some time before the majority of its hidden details are discovered. But it's also a strong indication that Bethesda will be placing plenty of secrets and little-known details into The Elder Scrolls 6 that players will be surprised by for years post-release.

After nearly 300 hours in-game, one player has found a point of interest (POI) they've never seen before. massive scale was something that fans were looking forward to, but also equally nervous about. There is so much to do that discovering every POI would be nearly impossible, butthe chance of discovering this POI is even rarer than others.
