Community Hints
Players who are very observant of Blizzard blue trackers and social media may have noticed two sort of weird posts, posted at around 11am Pacific.
This was a very weird post, as not only Community Manager Kaivax posted on a thread that went 4 days without replies previously, Kaivax's reply had nothing to do with the thread itself — The original thread was about a player happy to have finally obtained the elusive Tusks of Mannoroth shoulder transmog, while Kaivax posted about… Eastern Plaguelands?
What’s going on in Eastern Plaguelands today?
The second post that indicated that something happened was posted on the official Warcraft Instagram account — It was one of the usual engagement posts you may see brands post, but the picture posted by them had a background of Corin's Crossing, which happens to be in the Eastern Plaguelands.

If you go to the location of the screenshot from the Instagram account, you will find a Plague Plaque embedded to a tree stump just before the bridge that leads to Corrin's Crossing. Clicking on the Plaque will equip your previously obtained Tricked-Out Thinking Cap, and give you a new set of coordinates.

Following the coordinates given to you by the Thinking Cap will lead you to a mound of dirt behind a house in Corin's Crossing, containing the first satchel!
