Samsung officially announced its first Galaxy Unpacked event for 2024, where the Korean giant would unveil its Galaxy S24 series and a few accessories. The leaks surrounding the upcoming flagship series would only pick up in frequency from here, and Samsung is doing its darndest to ensure that no unnecessary information leaks out by taking down images posted by known tipsters.
One individual known for popularizing smartphone leaks is none other than Evan Blass, who tried his best to provide crucial information related to the Galaxy S24. Unfortunately, his latest post on X reads ‘Media not displayed,’ which typically happens when an image is removed in response to a copyright strike from the owner, which, in this case, is Samsung. Fortunately, several people saw the post and decided to share their comments in the thread, including notable tipster Ice Universe.

According to him, Samsung is making a huge mistake by incorporating a combination of blue and green for the middle black frame, which is likely made of titanium. Despite sharing Evan Blass’ post through his own account, the image, or images, cannot be viewed by millions thanks to the leaks being taken down by Samsung. The company has been following this approach for quite a while, and in a way, it has absolute authority to pursue these individuals. Unfortunately, that can take out a ton of excitement, and people might not be interested in the launch anymore.
It is definitely the biggest mistake for Samsung to make the blue and green versions of the middle frame black. https://t.co/XTmdYSq3HU

The Galaxy S24 series also seemingly launched in South America, with @AnxiousHolly posting that @GeeksReport shared the ‘Ultra’ variant via Samsung’s online store in South America. When we tried looking for the original post, it was no longer available for viewing, indicating that Samsung had succeeded in taking down another leak.

Apple has spent years trying to bring a non-invasive blood sugar monitor to its smartwatches but has always come up short due to technological limitations. Shrinking a sensor to a size that can be accommodated in a wearable and take accurate readings is a difficult undertaking, though according to the latest report, Samsung is trying to introduce the technology before its closest rival in the smartphone space. With the news that Blizzard and ESL FACEIT are preparing to launch a new esports circuit for Overwatch 2, mere months after the death of the Overwatch League, it's a good time to take stock of the entire esports scene. Things are looking slightly frantic, at least in North America. League of Legends and Rocket League are particularly messy, entering their 2024 seasons with lean budgets and major shakeups. Meanwhile, an expansion of the open-qualifiers model should provide more opportunities for everyday players to compete in Valorant, Overwatch 2, Rocket League and all manner of fighting games. Get those fingers ready, folks.
The performance and efficiency metrics of the Exynos 2400 just started pouring through, and we have already stumbled across detailed information revolving around the Exynos 2500, which has also been dubbed the Samsung Dream Chip on multiple occasions. Korean electronics major Samsung will manufacture its latest artificial intelligence-loaded Galaxy S24 series at its India factory for both domestic sale as well as exports, senior company officials said here.
The previous announcement of the Exynos 2400 barely revealed much about Samsung’s flagship SoC, but thanks to Galaxy Unpacked, we get to know more about the chipset. Overall, the new silicon is more impressive than the Exynos 2200, at least on paper. Still, we believe it should provide some competition for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 when actual benchmark comparisons come through.

Samsung has developed OLED variants that can be applied to almost any product. We have seen home appliances where iteration after iteration would have such displays added, showing valuable information to the owner. Now, the company has introduced a rather cool concept; bringing the same OLED technology, downsizing it, and incorporating it into the Galaxy Buds case. The only problem is that the Korean giant has not mentioned when such a product will arrive for the masses.
