Nippon Ichi Software has launched the 25th anniversary commemoration website for its Rhapsody series, which consists of Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure, Rhapsody II: Ballad of the Little Princess, and Rhapsody III: Memories of Marl Kingdom.
Rhapsody is a “musical RPG” series featuring scenes in which characters sing and dance. The first entry, Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure, launched for PlayStation on December 17, 1998 and celebrated its 25th anniversary on December 17, 2023.
As of 2023, Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure is playable on Switch via Prinny Presents NIS Classics Volume 3, and PC via Steam; and Rhapsody II: Ballad of the Little Princess and Rhapsody III: Memories of Marl Kingdom are playable on PlayStation 5 and Switch via Rhapsody: Marl Kingdom Chronicles, as well as PC via Steam.
The 25th anniversary website will be updated with various initiatives and other content surrounding the Rhapsody series. Stay tuned.

In the lead-up to Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth’s launch, developer Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio made it abundantly clear that the RPG was going to be its biggest, most ambitious game to date, and in the immediate aftermath of its release, it looks like the game is enjoying the sort of success the developer would have hoped for. In addition to receiving widespread acclaim from critics, Infinite Wealth also broke the series’ peak concurrent user count record on Steam upon launch, and as per Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, was generating similar interest in leading up to its release as well.
