Remnant II DLC ‘The Forgotten Kingdom’ launches April 23

Gunfire Games has released a new Remnant 2 update, adding support for NVIDIA DLSS 3.7, and Intel XeSS 1.3 alongside support for the Forgotten Kingdom DLC and more.

Gunfire Games’ latest paid DLC for Remnant 2 is live with The Forgotten Kingdom, with players exploring a new biome in Yaesha. Check out the launch trailer below, which outlines the new environments and enemies.

Remnant 2 is a massive game that already boasts nearly endless replayability, but that isn’t stopping developer Gunfire Games from adding even more to do in the popular looter shooter. The game’s new DLC, The Forgotten Kingdom, provides players with a substantial amount of extra stuff to check out, such as new biomes to explore, an additional archetype known as The Invoker, and plenty of fresh enemies to take down. Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 downloadable content character Zuko will launch on April 24, publisher GameMill Entertainment and developers Ludosity and Fair Play Labs announced.

The second paid DLC for Gunfire Games’ Remnant 2, The Forgotten Kingdom, sees players returning to Yaesha to combat Lydusa, a wrathful stone spirit. There are new weapons, mods, rings and amulets to collect and bosses to tackle, but perhaps most exciting is the new Archetype – the Invoker. Open-world hack-and-slash action RPG Hammerwatch II will launch for PlayStation 4 and Xbox Series on April 23, publisher Modus Games and developer Crackshell announced. An Xbox One version is no longer planned.

Publisher Koei Tecmo and developer Omega Force have detailed the story of Fate/Samurai Remnant downloadable content “Record’s Fragment: Yagyu Sword Chronicles,” which will launch on April 18.

Publisher Kemco and Japanese developer Pageretta will release horror visual novel Horrific Xanatorium will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam on April 26, the companies announced.

The version 4.6 update for Genshin Impact, dubbed “Two Worlds Aflame, the Crimson Night Fade,” will launch on April 24, developer miHoYo announced.

Arc Games and Gunfire Games have announced that Remnant 2’s next paid DLC, The Forgotten Kingdom, will launch on April 23rd. Retailing for $9.99 and included in the $24.99 DLC bundle, it sees players returning to Yaesha to investigate a lost tribe. Check out the announcement trailer below.

First-person shooter WRATH: Aeon of Ruin will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch on April 25, publishers 3D Realms and Fulqrum Publishing, and developer KillPixel announced.
