Rear Sekai demo launches September 25 in Japan

NIS America has released a demo for action RPG CRYMACHINA for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Switch in the west. Save data from the demo can be transferred to the full game upon its release.

Studio Lights, a Shinjuku-based studio that worked on the environment lighting and cutscene lighting for both Final Fantasy XVI and Forspoken, has announced “isekai action RPG” Mononoke no Kuni. It will launch for PC via Steam in spring 2024, with plans to also release on PlayStation, Switch, iOS, and Android. A specific PlayStation platform was not announced.

Publisher HIKE and developer Eallin Japan will release side-scrolling action platformer Coneru: Dimension Girl for PC via Steam in April 2024, the companies announced.

Free-to-play battle royale game My Hero Ultra Rumble will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam on September 28, publisher Bandai Namco and developer Byking announced. Eijiro Kirishima, Momo Yaoyorozu, and Ibara Shiozaki were also confirmed as playable characters.

NIS America has released a playable demo for upcoming strategy RPG Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless. You can download it right now on PS5 and PS4, and the progress that you make can be carried over to the full game when it launches next month, on the 3rd October in North America, and the 6th October in Europe.

It wasn’t too long ago that we reported on the official announcement of the upcoming gacha game, Atelier Resleriana. Well, the launch date has now been revealed – and it’s sooner than you think.

Following the release of the first game this past May, Ratalaika and Shinyuden are re-releasing the 1992 Turbografx game Kaizō Chōjin Shubibinman 2 as Cyber Citizen Shockman 2: A New Menace. This new release is out on September 22.

Atelier Resleriana: Forgotten Alchemy and the Polar Night Liberator will launch for iOS via App Store and Android via Google Play on September 23 in Japan, publishers Koei Tecmo and Akatsuki Games, and developer Gust announced. The PC (Steam) version will follow at a later date.
