Coin Master is a deceptively complicated game. On the surface, it’s a simple coin collecting title where players need to spend as much cash as possible on their village to upgrade it. Coins are awarded from spins and raids, and players must wait a few hours each day to get more.

Black Friday is here, bringing sales for many games, consoles, peripherals and whatnot. Not every game is getting discounted, so it’s interesting to see the likes of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 temporarily for less. It’s currently 15 percent off on both the Xbox and PlayStation Stores. Even Amazon has it for 14 percent off.

PlayStation Plus subscriptions and PlayStation Store gift cards are currently on sale for Black Friday.

PlayStation launched its annual Black Friday Sale, late last week, offering discounts of up to 70 percent on key titles on the PS4 and PS5. The promotion is live across some first, but largely third-party releases, and is slated to end November 28 on the digital storefront. God of War Ragnarök is a standout among the catalogue, available at a 38 percent discount for Rs. 3,099, tasking Kratos and Atreus on a journey to the Nine Realms to prevent the prophesied apocalypse. PS Plus Premium/ Deluxe members also get a three-hour free trial period, in case you feel like testing the waters. Those who only own an old-gen PS4, however, can opt for the dedicated version at Rs. 2,279.

Sony will face a mass lawsuit in the United Kingdom that could cost them up to £5 billion ($7.9 billion). The lawsuit was filed on August 19, 2022 by Alex Neill, a renowned champion of consumer rights and co-founder of Consumer Voice, on behalf of the 8.9 million PlayStation consumers located in the UK.

A lawsuit against Sony Interactive Entertainment, which alleges that the company has imposed “excessive and unfair prices” on PlayStation Store customers, has been granted approval to go to trial in the UK.

A London tribunal has ruled that a lawsuit filed last year accusing Sony of breaching competition law over store prices will continue, Reuters reports.

A class action lawsuit accusing Sony of overcharging PlayStation Store customers by up to £5 billion ($6.27 billion) can proceed to trial, the UK’s specialist competition court has ruled.

Sony will be going to UK court over allegations of ripping off consumers with its PlayStation Store. 

Video games can be expensive. We probably don’t have to tell you that. It’s a costly hobby, and with the latest generation of console platforms, we saw a price hike for AAA games. Instead of paying the once-standard $59.99 for a brand new AAA release, we’re not digging further into our wallets to pay the now $69.99 fee for a new major release. So, this recent price hike makes it more challenging to determine what video games to pick up at launch and which to set back for when they drop. Fortunately, sales are going on at any given time, and today, we want to highlight a big one for the PlayStation Store.

After one of the most release-heavy months of the year (or possibly of any year), Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 came out on the top of the sales charts in the U.S. according to industry-tracking firm Circana. Not only did Insomniac’s new title top the month’s best-seller chart (and was one of nine new releases to make it onto the list), it also made it to fourth place in the year-to-date bestseller chart. Video game hardware sales plummeted year-over-year, though, and video game sales overall dipped by 5%.

Once upon a time we had PlayStation All-Stars, and now PlayStation is all stars once again. Well, the PlayStation Store is, anyway.
