New Xbox Game Pass titles for console, PC and Cloud have been revealed

The latest update to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription service lineup has added four games for players to check out, including three titles that were not previously announced. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is, as its name suggests, the ultimate version of Xbox Game Pass. It gives subscribers access to everything available in the other tiers, including PC Game Pass games, along with access to titles in the EA Play library.

Seven new games are joining in the second half of April, including four new releases. Xbox also announced three games coming to Game Pass Core. However, six games will leave Microsoft’s subscription service at the end of the month.

Three new games will join the Xbox Game PassCore lineup next week on April 23. Just last year, Xbox seamlessly transformed its longstanding Xbox Live Gold membership into Xbox Game Pass Core, giving Gold members a new library of 25 games to download at no additional cost, with the promise of more being added to the library over time.

Microsoft has announced new titles coming to Xbox Game Pass in late April, which includes Manor Lords, Another Crab’s Treasure, Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, and more.

Harold Halibut, a unique narrative game developed by Slow Bros. is releasing day one on Xbox Game Pass, and subscribers will also be able to upgrade for free to Grounded: Fully Yoked Edition. Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass continues to offer an appealing library of games for members to enjoy, and the selection changes every month as new titles are added and others are removed.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate has added a fresh batch of perks for users to claim, including the Vault 33 Survival Kit for online multiplayer game Fallout 76. Those subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate get to enjoy all the benefits of the other Xbox Game Pass subscription tiers, including online multiplayer, the PC and console game library, EA Play titles, exclusive discounts, and a rotating selection of perks.

Xbox Game Pass users can now play Shadow of the Tomb Raider as part of their subscription. The critically acclaimed action adventure is the ninth title to reach Xbox Game Pass in April 2024, and the 50th since the turn of the year.

Brotato, an Xbox Game Pass indie game similar to Vampire Survivors, is getting local co-op as part of a free update coming later this year. Brotato first released on Steam last summer and has proven to be quite a hit on the platform. At the time of this writing, Brotato enjoys an «Overwhelmingly Positive» overall review rating on Steam, and it has enjoyed a similarly positive response on Xbox Game Pass as well.

Botany Manor, a relaxing puzzle and adventure game developed by Balloon Studios, is now available as a day one launch title for Xbox Game Pass subscribers, and the highly rated interactive story Kona is also making a return to the service. Set in an expansive estate in 1890’s Somerset, England, Botany Manor is an immersive sim that puts players in the role of Arabella Greene, a retired botanist who continues to dabble in her passion and research. Many players will enjoy spending several relaxing hours completing Arabella’s botany research, growing rare plants, and filling out her botanical record.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate has added Lil Gator Game and EA Sports PGA Tour to its content library. Aside from this pair of arrivals, another Xbox Game Pass title is leaving the Game Preview program today, meaning it's about to receive a rather substantial 1.0 update.

The Xbox Game Pass catalog has expanded to include LEGO 2K Drive. Unlike most additions to the popular subscription service, this Xbox Game Pass release comes with a catch in that it's skipping PC.
