‘s fourth season is officially out, giving players the chance to earn a ton of new rewards. It also brings Peacemaker, who arrives in the game as the latest DLC character.
Mortal Kombat 1 Season 4, titled “The Huntress,” is themed all around the arrival of Mileena as the new main boss in the game’s Invasions mode. The new season also features a ton of new challenges, story elements, boss battles, and of course, rewards.
Over 150 rewards are included in the new season, including character skins – Monster at Heart Mileena, Blazing Hunter Liu Kang, High and Low Hunter Smoke, and First Sight Kenshi – all earnable through Invasions and Kombat League. Season 4: The Huntress is available now until April 16.
In other big Mortal Kombat 1 news, DC’s Peacemaker officially joins the roster of the game for Mortal Kombat 1 Kombat Pack owners. For those who don’t own the Kombat Pack, Peacemaker will be available widely for everyone in the game on March 6, 2024.
Alongside the Peacemaker news, Mortal Kombat 1’s crossplay functionality, titled “Krossplay” in the game, is also now available. This will allow players to matchmake with each other in Ranked Kombat League and Kasual Versus matches, as well as Private Versus matches, across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
A free trial weekend of the game was also announced, which will take place on the three platforms between March 7-10, 2024.
