Marvel’s Blade Trailer Reveals Arkane Lyon’s Next Game

South Park: Snow Day, the upcoming four-player cooperative adventure first announced in August, is coming on March 26. A new trailer shows off more of the game’s frosty action and, of course, the series’ signature foul-mouth humor.

WB Games and Rocksteady Studios have revealed a new batch of outfits that will be available to players in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League– though with some caveats.

Marvel's Blade was one of the most exciting reveals from the Game Awards. Not only is it the first proper video game adaptation of the beloved Marvel character, but it's being made by Arkane Lyon, developers of games like Deathloop and the Dishonored series. That said, the reveal trailer isn't that long, and fans are understandably hungry for more.

The announcement of Marvel’s Blade at The Game Awards has been received with widespread excitement, not only because the property itself is such a beloved one, but also because the game is being developed by Arkane Lyon, the studio behind Dishonored 2 and Deathloop. And to add a little bit more spark to that aforementioned excitement, one of Marvel’s Blade’s developers has shared new concept art for the game.

The Game Awards is meant to be an event that can herald in the next wave of big titles across all platforms, and each year is often a mixed bag of whether they do that or not. But this year, one title did get everyone excited. Rumors had spread that a partnership between Marvel Games and one of Bethesda’s studios was going to work on a title together, and that came true when Arkane Lyon took the stage and announced that Marvel’s Blade was in the works by them. A stylish trailer showcased the “Daywalker” getting ready to slay some vampires, and gamers couldn’t wait to do it.

Bethesda Softworks, Arkane Studios Lyon, Marvel Games have announced Marvel’s Blade, a “mature, single-player, third-person game” with an original story based on the comic book hero Blade. Platforms and a release date were not announced. Development has only just begun.

Out of nowhere, it’s been confirmed that a game based on Marvel’s half-vampire, Blade, is in development from Bethesda and Arkane Lyon, in collaboration with Marvel Games.
