As part of tonight’s Game Awards presentation, a revealed the upcoming action game developed by Arkane Lyon.
The newly announced Blade game will release on the Xbox Series X/S and PC. Not only that, but it will also arrive on Xbox Game Pass at launch. It is described as a “mature, single-player, third-person game set in the heart of Paris.”
The trailer opens with a barber shop filled with crosses and shows a barber nervously cutting the titular Daywalker’s stubble. As a siren goes off, Blade stands up and grabs his katana after telling the barber to lock his place up. No release date for the title was given.

Blade was created by writer Marv Wolfman and artist Gene Colan as a supporting character in the comic book The Tomb of Dracula #10 in July of 1973. The original Blade movie trilogy from New Line Cinema helped shepherd comic books and superheroes to the big screen. Combined, the three films brought in over $400 million at the global box office.
