Marvel’s Blade Game Concept Art Shows the Daywalker Staking Out a Vampire Nightclub

Marvel’s Blade from Arkane Lyon is probably one of the more anticipated Marvel titles in the coming years, given the studio’s pedigree with Deathloop and Dishonored 2. While platforms and a release window haven’t been announced, fans might have to wait a while to get their hands on it.

I really should know better than to lose my gourd over a game before it even has a gameplay trailer, but the first peeks we've gotten of Arkane's Blade adaptation already have me excited. In addition to the brief teaser at The Game Awards, Arkane Lyon art director Sebastien Mitton recently shared three pieces of concept art for the upcoming action game.

One of the biggest surprises featured at The Game Awards 2023 was undoubtedly Marvel's Blade. There were rumors about Arkane Lyon announcing their next game at the event, but all bets were on the next Dishonored installment because of a previously leaked Bethesda schedule that listed Dishonored 3 as an upcoming project.

Marvel's Blade was one of the most exciting reveals from the Game Awards. Not only is it the first proper video game adaptation of the beloved Marvel character, but it's being made by Arkane Lyon, developers of games like Deathloop and the Dishonored series. That said, the reveal trailer isn't that long, and fans are understandably hungry for more.

Arkane Lyon's studio director Sebastien Mitton has shared three concept artworks for the Deathloop developer's adaptation of Marvel's Blade, a third-person action adventure set in Paris, which was announced last week during the Keighleys. On the surface the artworks give away little, but thankfully, I am a Vampire of News, equipped with supernatural vision and insight. This speculation was split between a new installment to their beloved  Dishonored  franchise and a potentially new game based around  Marvel’s Blade . When the event took place, it was unveiled that  Marvel’s Blade  was actually in the works. Now Microsoft would have their own stab at a potential exclusive like how Sony was able to bring out  Marvel’s Spider-Man  and  Marvel’s Wolverine  to their PlayStation fanbase.
